Rise Credit - Terrible Customer Service
I called because my payments weren't being taken out. they told me they were bouncing.
When I asked what acct they were being taken out of they had the wrong account info. (it had been changed months prior on line) However, since it has been 3 months they have charged off the account and sold it to a collection agency. They said there is nothing I can do unless I pay the total amount due which is MORE THAN I borrowed, even though the loan was almost paid off.
I asked why I was never called or emailed about this and she said "we called you many times but we aren't allowed to leave messages"! total scammers.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
Preferred solution: Pay off the principal balance only directly to them and proper credit reporting.
