Fraudulent rates mean out of a 500 dollar payment only 7-10 dollars go to the principal. Harassing calls as soon as bill is late, unwilling to work with consumer.

I agree. Made many payment then I needed to pay late.

Customer service says ok then harrment phone calls about every two hours. If you answer phone call they tell you they don't see any think in the notes. Every two weeks should change to once a month.

I have stopped useing them and am using Security financial. Only make one payment a monthy and they are really friendly
