I have had several loans with Rise Credit in the past and have always returned when an emergency would arise. The last loan I took out was 300.00.

I have made all payments timely however, this month was the last payment of 96.45. I had payment extended for several days but was able to pay off sooner, this is where the problem started. I called 3 times in one week trying to pay. The first time info was given and asked to pay off the balance using a different account.

I was assured everything went thru. However, I checked acct the next day and money still there. Waited a day and checked again, then called in to rise. This time I was told a glitch was in the system and they would escalate to supervisors to take payment out.

Waited over the weekend and checked the rise site and saw payment was scheduled to come out on pre designated date so just decided to wait. That day came and passed nothing withdrawn. I went to Rise site and saw that I was listed as delinquent and past due. Then I called again, the representative began to read me my rights and that the account was in collections, after explaining to her (which she seemed to have a listening and understanding problem) I asked for a supervisor.

After going thru everything again I was able to give payment and pay off the acct. I have never been so humiliated in my life trying to pay a bill.

Everyone of the employees need more training and better listening skills. I don't think I will return for another loan in the future.
